2.1 What We Provide

LuckAlign provides an AI-powered platform that enables users to receive personalized astrological insights, tarot readings, and destiny portrait analysis through advanced artificial intelligence.

2.2 Nature of the Service

The Service is a digital, intangible product. Upon confirmed payment, access is granted immediately. Due to the immediate digital delivery, specific limitations apply to refunds as described in Section 7.

2.3 AI Model Disclosure

The Service calls third-party AI models through authorized provider APIs. Current model dependencies include:

• OpenAI GPT-4.1-turbo via the OpenAI API
• Anthropic Claude 3.5 via the Anthropic API
• Google Gemini via Google Vertex AI

Service performance and availability may be affected by the operational status, usage policies, and provider terms of these third-party models.

3.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

• Do not share your credentials with any third party
• Keep your billing email address up to date

5.1 Recurring Billing Authorization

By providing your payment method and subscribing to a paid plan, you expressly authorize LuckAlign to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for the applicable subscription fee. This recurring authorization remains in effect until you cancel in accordance with Section 6.

5.2 Taxes

Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (including VAT, GST, sales tax) unless otherwise stated.

7.1 General Policy

Due to the immediate and intangible nature of our digital services, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except as expressly stated below.

7.2 Eligible Refunds

• New subscriber 7-day guarantee: Full refund within 7 days of the initial charge, provided usage has not exceeded 20% of the plan quota
• Duplicate charge: Full refund
• Verified service outage (≥72 hrs): Pro-rated credit or refund
• Statutory rights (e.g., 14-day withdrawal right in EU/UK) are preserved

7.3 How to Request a Refund

Contact us at astrosoul.public@gmail.com with your account email, transaction ID, and reason. Acknowledged within 2 business days; eligible refunds processed within 5–10 business days.

7.4 Non-Refundable Items

• Fees for subscription periods already used (except as noted in 7.2)
• Annual subscription fees requested after 30 days from initial purchase
• Accounts terminated for violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy

8.1 Ownership of Outputs

Subject to these Terms, AI-generated content produced in response to your inputs ("Outputs") is owned by you.

8.2 Input License

By submitting content to the Service ("Inputs"), you grant LuckAlign a limited, non-exclusive license to process your Inputs solely to deliver the Service. We do not use your Inputs to train AI models without your explicit consent.

8.3 Third-party AI Model Dependency

Our Service uses third-party AI model providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google. We do not guarantee specific output quality and accept no liability for outputs generated by third-party models.

8.4 Accuracy of AI Outputs

AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying Outputs before relying on them.

9.1 Prohibited Content

You must not use the Service to generate, upload, transmit, or publish any content that is:

• Sexual or pornographic content, including any NSFW content or material that sexualizes minors
• Violent or graphic content, including gore, torture, or glorification of harm
• Hate speech, harassment, discrimination, or content that encourages violence against protected groups
• Child exploitation or any content that places minors in unsafe or sexualized situations
• Deepfakes, impersonation, or synthetic content designed to misrepresent a real person
• Copyrighted or trademarked material without express authorization from the rights owner
• Illegal or regulated content, including defamation, fraud, phishing, piracy, or prohibited financial advice

9.2 Prohibited Conduct

• Abuse the Service to generate or distribute prohibited content listed above
• Use outputs in a way that violates any applicable law, regulation, or service provider policy
• Attempt to evade our content filters, security safeguards, or rate limits
• Use the Service to impersonate another person, company, or public figure
• Use the Service to upload or distribute material that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Attempt to train or fine-tune a competing AI system using Service inputs, outputs, or derivatives

9.3 Enforcement, Suspension & Content Review

We may suspend or terminate your account, remove generated content, revoke access to features, reset your usage quota, deny refunds, or refer violations to law enforcement if you breach this policy.

We use automated moderation tools, manual review, and third-party provider safeguards to identify and block prohibited content at the point of generation.

9.4 User Reporting

If you believe content generated by the Service violates these Terms or applicable law, please report it immediately to astrosoul.public@gmail.com with the subject line "Content Violation Report." We aim to respond within 2 business days.

9.5 AI Content Safety Controls

In addition to the content restrictions above, our Service is subject to AI safety checks and content filtering to reduce the risk of disallowed outputs. We may require you to revise or remove outputs that fail those checks.

11.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ACCURACY OF AI OUTPUTS.

11.2 AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

11.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUCKALIGN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
